Terms of Use
Last updated 28 August 2026
1. Educational purpose
Tutra provides tutoring information, study tools and organised learning resources for students. The site is intended to support learning and revision. It does not replace advice from a school, teacher, curriculum authority or other qualified education provider.
2. Using Tutra
You may use Tutra for personal, non-commercial study. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use its content or tools in a way that is unlawful or infringes another person's rights.
3. Tutra content and third-party materials
Tutra creates its own page design, explanations, organisation and interactive tools. The site also links to educational materials provided by third parties, including syllabuses, examination papers, assessment schedules, marking guides and school papers. Unless a page clearly says otherwise, those third-party materials are not owned by Tutra.
4. Resource sources
Tutra organises links from established education sources so students can find relevant material more easily. Depending on the subject and region, these sources may include:
- official curriculum and assessment authorities, including NESA, VCAA, QCAA, SCSA, the SACE Board, TASC, ACT BSSS and NZQA;
- schools, educators and other organisations that originally published educational material; and
- educational archives, including THSC Online, where some publicly available school papers can be located.
Where practical, Tutra keeps the original source or host visible beside a resource. A link or reference does not mean that the source has sponsored, endorsed or partnered with Tutra. Tutra is independent of these organisations unless we expressly state otherwise.
5. Copyright and ownership
Copyright and all other intellectual property rights in third-party materials remain with their respective owners. Tutra does not claim ownership of those materials. You must follow any copyright notices, licence terms or usage conditions provided by the original source.
6. External links and availability
Many resources are hosted on external websites. Tutra does not control those websites and cannot guarantee that a link or file will always remain available, unchanged or free from errors. An external source may move, replace or remove a resource at any time.
7. Accuracy
We take reasonable care when organising resources, but curricula, assessment requirements and external files can change. Students should confirm important information with the relevant official authority, school or teacher.
8. Rights-holder requests
If you own or represent the rights to a resource and believe it should not be linked or displayed through Tutra, contact us and identify the relevant page or file. We will review the request promptly and, where appropriate, remove or update the link or viewing access.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Tutra develops or when our services, resource sources or legal obligations change. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last updated.
10. Contact
If you have a question about these terms, a resource source or a removal request, please contact us.
